Duan Wu Jie (Rice Dumpling Festival)

Dumpling festival is right around the corner. I'm sure everyone in Chinese tradition will celebrate it during the summer season. The history and legend behind we yet to know and myself also not very clear about it.. pai seh =P To cut short stories, I have a link so that you refer to legend of historical of Duan Wu Jie (Rice Dumpling Festival).

This is one of my favorite food. Hokkien people used to called this as "bak chang". Dumpling it's made from rice (nasi pulut) wrapped in bamboo leave. There many types of dumpling in the market. I prefer salty dumpling =P

See it wrapped in triangle shape, and  it's huge.. I can only take 1 which make my tummy bloated @.@ I like goes with Kampung Koh garlic chili that make my taste till max!!  =D

Inside you have three layer of pork meat (fatty meat), mushroom, water chest nut, and some bake beans. Sighs, weird this dumpling don't have SALTY EGGS!!! That my favorite...salty eggs.. =X Over it's ok not bad the taste.. I don't complaint much coz I only know how to eat... =D It's cost about RM3 each. Do you think it's exp? =D

9.88 Ford Escape Rangers

I came across this when i walked to SS2 chao yang pasar malam late evening yesterday. I so attracted with the voice from far. Jsut dropped by to have a look what is going on. Wow, I met 9.88FM Ford Escape Rangers, another Chinese radio station in Malaysia. The very last time I met them, that is FlyFM Ford escape rangers its during college time, 5 years back.. I still have photos with me.. I show u later =P

Fat One Steamboat

I just love summer school holidays because NO JAM, when i drive back to home. I been thinking of eating this steamboat very long until my saliva drop it badly.. I always keep on thinking eating this ..but U know when i stuck in jam I'm so lazy to move.. Car it's not moving from bumper to bumper that make me sick always T_T

Actually, i dropped by bank to do some stuff, the moment i get down from my car.. I saw this steamboat, I quickly walked over to eat!! My hand it's ichy again, I wanted to take photos this time.. The owner allow me to snap a few photos.. thanks!! Local people use to call this steamboat as "LokLok" in cantonese while the rest named it as steamboat.

It's fun when you eat this.. bear in mind, you have stand when you eat. I can't describe the feeling.. Tempting .. lolz..  Simple step you can DIY. I take it as light snack... Price it's quite reasonable. Make sure you cook the food well before you eat!! Most important part is gravy or sauce that will make your taste become better. I like satay sauce, goes with little bit of chili. Yum yum.... Try it yourself, as recommended by Ho Chiak TV Program.

I wanna watch Toy Story 3

School holiday nows, I'm sure everyone is looking for good movie during this summer season. I really long time didn't watch movie in cinema since last year dec 2009. I came across Nuffnang advertisement in one of my friend's blog, the Toy Story 3 attracted me after i finished trailer on Nuffnang.

My faovurite new toy character would be Ken. He is handsome, like to attract girls. I just can't wait to continue this story, humor and funny characteristics.

The other my character Lot-O'-Hugging' Bear is cute. A talking bear, how cute? I wonder if i can buy this bear plushier? Available for sale huh?  

I miss out Toy Story 1 & 2 previously, i hope that i can watch Toy Story 3 =D I hope I can be selected to watch this movie.. =D

Ok, here you are.. I got free contact lenses from Ciba Vision. Wow, I never taught of getting free contact lenses in my life. You know phrase of "there is nothing free in this world". It's a little surprise for me. I never have a chance to wear contact lenses coz my eye power seriously high. =X

Grand Empire Kitchen - Empire Gallery

First ever I step myself in Empire Gallery in Subang Jaya whereby you can see it clearly at Federal Highway in Subang Jaya exit entrance. I tell you more about Empire Gallery building in the next episode of blog. Reached there quite late at night.. my tummy is hunger for food. Despite I told Alice we should hook up for food, we keep on walking & walking at last we decided to have Chinese cuisine. From far we look this restaurant it's grand, high-class. Of course we taught it will be expensive.. but then it's not!

Oh well, then we checked on the menu, they're providing set dinner combination varieties choices.You have chicken, duck, fish, etc. Prize it's slightly cheap.. Just wondering how's the food? I called myself pork chop meat + hot tea  while Alice chosen mushroom mee soup + HK tea tarik. We waited about 10min for our food. Too simple decoration of the food? Ok, wait until i taste it.. phrase "dont judge book by it's cover"

Nah exactly, the taste of the food it's so sucks! I mean ok la.. can eat, my rice it's very hard, the pork thick it's hard to chew even when i cut into small fine tiny pieces. I didn't finish pork meat.. it's hard to eat! As for Alice, mee it's just a small portion, soup it's tasteless. HK tea tarik it's watery.. LMAO.
First and last time i'm going to visit this shop... Bad taste!!

F&N Magnolia - Milk

Hey Mommy Ling, I know you phobia with milk. After reading your Good Morning! Good Night!. I have the same feeling with you as well. I don't really like milk taste. After a few attempt drinking different milk flavor, I found this milk with oats which is something different in this brands. Normally I buy fresh milk like mommy ling said just open the cap and pour it out drink. Simple DIY save time, served in chilled temperature. Mormally I bring 2 packages of milk to office just enough for me to survive in a week. I don't like powder milk taste so sucks!! If compare with other brands sucks as HL Milk & Dutch Lady.. this F&N Magnolia it's little expensive 1 package is RM5.49. Oat milk it's good for tummy and taste just nice.. Erm, I have difficult to get this oat milk I dont know why.. maybe it's only available in selected hypermarket. Too bad, I have to force myself to drink it!

Another option of my favorite food is porridge. I like to eat porridge with side dishes. A good bowl of porridge very much depend on side dishes. Teo Chew peoples like to eat porridge, as it's very famous in chinese culture.

Normally mom will boil plain porridge,but I found something inside, orange sweet potatoes in my bowl of porridge. I can smell sweet potatoes, must be good. Next is, I choose minced chicken meat, salty vegetables, marinated steam pork ribs, mixed vegetables with lotus roots. Good taste,  recommended to eat!! =P That comes around RM20 for 2 person.

Sorry blogger, I'm sure u waiting long time for my news.. Here's something I wanna share with you all. Reading back cleffairy's blog last month regarding her favorite of drinking tea.. I might want to suggest this brand of tea. I came across SHELL petrol kiosk station, when ever I stop to pump petrol. I feel so thirsty during hot weather, I slipped into fridge to look for drink, ah that it's my honey tea.. Juicy with honey.. melting my mouth and ease my thirsty. It's cheap RM2.30 per bottle..  I used to remember that this maple girl DollyPink always inspire me with her lovely Daisho biscuits. She shared lots in her blog that she liked Japanese confectionery biscuits.She inspire me a lot so I wanted to get this biscuits long time ago, but price slightly expensive in Japanese department store. I can't blame them because this biscuits are imported from Japan.

Why? This is my own experience because I used to work in Daisho Sdn. Bhd. in a few years back. They are the main distributor in Malaysia for Japanese confectionery. I used to packed all this biscuits with my own and load into trucks for distribution. Sadly, I don't even have a chance tasting a single biscuit nor samples out there. I just wondering how good is this biscuits, coz the packing it's attracting me. Yah, some ppl might said I'am a kid, who cares as long as the bissuits is good.. why not?

Since, I have little money in hand..I just get this biscuits with 3 flavors. I miss out 1 because I can't get the chocolate biscuit with chocolate flavors.Tempting, Once you put the biscuits into your mouth, I can feel is it's creamy with either with strawberries, chocolate or milk flavor. You can eat as like snack or you can even dip into milk as corn flake. Why do i like this? Because surface of this biscuit it's quite hard when I dip into milk, it wont easy melt into my drink. I can feel crunchy every single bite.. I just love this biscuits!! Yummy..

Leaking, my car

Hiya, lately I have problem with my air con.. I tot it was weather not cold but then half way to PD last month, totally break out, I felt blower running instead of cold air. It's freaking hot without air con noon time sharp at 12pm, I decided dropped by mechanic shop.

Mechanic told me it's out gas, that makes car not cold at all. Ok this time, I refilled gas, and i keep on running until 2 weeks, I felt uneasy, sometime cold n sometime not.. maybe because of weather cold n hot.. So i just leave it until I find out solution to get this matter solve.

U know myself it's banana in engineering, as u know "girls" hardly care about car. Yah, I do take care my car well, wash n vacum, but internal part, i'm totally blur.. as myself familiar in IT field but not car engineering. I take out my effort, i ask around and do some research on it. As a consumer i SHOULD have basic info so that I wont be cheated by scammer.

Next day, I send my car to mechanic shop, let the experts to their work. Just a minor repairing work, as pipe is leaking just change pipe which is original cause a little bit more for longer lasting. Gas is refilled in order to complete entire process. At the end of the day, I feel satisfied and I learn something new in my life. Thank to him , I'm learning to be independent every single moment. That come to my mind always...
