Suki-Ya @ Paradigm Mall

I been treated for nice yummy food during weekend, one of the Saturday last month for my pre-birthday lunch. I been brainwashed by one of my friend who actually love shabu-shabu very much. Keep on talking about this Suki-Ya repeatedly non-stop, thus I suggested to dine here for my pre-birthday lunch.

Suki-Ya

I'm really blur about this restarant, more like I did not do any research on it. Walk nearer flipping on the menu near the door entrance, only found out that this Suki-Ya is a Japanese buffet concept "EAT ALL YOU CAN" which serve hot pot on shabu-shabu and sukiyaki in a healthy environmental concept, low fat food in a warm atmosphere.

Buffet divided into two categories: Buffet lunch (Adult) RM29.80++ and Buffet dinner (Adult) RM39.80++ while 50% discount for children below 12 year. Make sure you reserve your seats earlier before dining in else you will be ended up standing at the long queue over the weekend during peak hours. Note: Additional 20% charges apply to waste of food.

Buffet Concept

At Suki-Ya, four choices of popular soup base to further entice the diner's palette with the FREE FLOW of freshly sliced meat. Fans of sukiyaki will certainly love our paper thin sliced beef. To complement the rich selection of meat, Suki-Ya offers healthy vegetable bar that always stocked with fresh greens and premium pasteurized eggs. They have specially made dipping sauce available for selection or you can always DIY own favorite sauce. Aside they also have a-la carte menu with choices ranging from tofu to the ever popular Salmon Sashimi.

I love this place because they have a salad bar there and I can't live without vegetables. Everything well balance here. The vegetables are very fresh and they have various kinda fish balls and meat balls. Crunchy and chewy plus the sweetness of the soup mouth watering. This restaurant is PORK FREE and it's HALAL.

Fresh Meat Balls, Fish Cakes, Fish Balls

The best thing is FREE flow meats, till you get bloated. There's few selection of meats such Chicken, Lamb and Beef available for your choice. You can choose all the meats together at one time. One thing I like here the fresh meats and thinnest slice, deep until the meats is properly cook and it's ready to eat.

FREE FLOW of freshly sliced meats

I personally love the Shabu-shabu Soup and Sukiyaki Soup, good combination with the meats. Shabu-shabu soup offer low calories and light on the palate, wafer thin slices of meat dipped into simmering konbu broth and cooked for a few seconds is popular in shabu-shabu. The Sukiyaki Soup cooked in a sweetened soy-sauce broth, sukiyaki is a favorite of both the young and old people.

If you love to challenge your taste buds try out their Kimuchi Soup, a  mildly spicy soup made with authentic Kimchi base, spicy Miso and various vegetable base. Enjoy it with spicy Miso sauce, hot pepper or garlic.Caution: It's hot and spicy. If also like Miso soup, their soup it's made from fermented soybeans, full of antioxidants like vitamin E, as well as protective fatty acids. A few simple steps for to enjoy delicious Sukiyaki. Fresh vegetables

Afraid of not enough full? Fred not, FREE FLOW of Ice-cream too. A few flavors such Matcha [Green Tea], Chocolate & Vanilla flavors for your selection. I love to go with mix chocolate and green tea, soft and moist, melting inside your mouth. You can eat with a cone or a even eat with a cup. Not just an ice-cream but it came with toppings. Chocolate chips, corn flakes, etc for toppings. I love Green Tea till max!!

Free flow Ice-creams

Although it's a bit expensive to dine at Suki-Ya, I think it worth the price as the place is more hygienic, fresh, and in a systematic system. Friendly services by management adapted by Japanese culture complete with air condition system, cold enough and you wont be sweating like mad while you are enjoying your meal, unlike those other restaurant that serve buffet steamboat. Recommended place to be, cheers!!
